Shipping policy

Order Processing (Fulfillment)

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Processing excludes weekends and major holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping transit is 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
  • Delivery times exclude weekends and major holidays.

Expedited / Faster Shipping

  • Need it sooner? Contact us before your order ships and we can generate an expedited label and charge the correct shipping cost.
  • To request faster shipping, email info@coastalgemworks.com or use the contact form on our site and include your order number and desired shipping method.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • If tracking shows a delay, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once the order has shipped.
  • Packages returned to sender due to incorrect address or refusal may incur additional shipping charges for re-shipment.

Insurance

  • All orders will be shipped with insurance covering the value of the items purchased.

Cancelations/Returns & Refunds/Shipping Issues

  • I will act as promptly as I can to ship items out so if your item has shipped, I cannot cancel that items. If it has yet to ship, please reach out and we can get the order canceled.
  • While I will not explicitly accept returns/offer refunds, I do want all customers to feel taken care of and happy. Please reach out with any concerns, and we will figure something out. Customer may need to pay for return shipping costs.
  • Should a package get lost, an item becomes damaged, the customer needs to file an insurance claim for a refund to be recompensated.
